Tapes / Hard Drive
Get peace of mind when we monitor the success and failure of your backup system and investigate and resolve any errors to make sure that your backup system doesn’t let you down. When we monitor your backup system we can be alerted to simple, yet critical issues that prevent the backups from working such as someone forgetting to insert a tape.
Once per month we will conduct a sample data recovery so that you know critical data will be there for you in the event of a system failure. This process also verifies that your backup hardware and software is functioning properly.
